Here’s a simple rule for you all to follow for the sake of your health, especially your backs and your eyes.
Every 20 minutes, look at something at least 20 meters away for at least 20 seconds. Also, get up and walk at least 20 meters.
Eyes rested, back moved. As those television Meerkats would say, “schimples”…!
