Martin Sheerin is a fully qualified, GOsC-registered osteopath practising at Chelsea Natural Health, 208 Fulham Road, Chelsea SW10. What to expect

Your first appointment with Martin lasts 45 minutes and begins with a thorough case history. He will ask about your presenting complaint, relevant medical history, lifestyle and any previous treatment. A postural and movement assessment follows, after which hands-on treatment is carried out – typically a combination of soft tissue work, joint mobilisation and stretching. At the end of the session he will discuss a realistic treatment plan and any home exercises or postural advice that may help between sessions.
