The COVID 19 pandemic is affecting our ability to provide you with our usual range of services and treatments. The current situation is that some practitioners continue to work within government guidelines. These have recently been eased so that some practitioners, such as Philip Waldman (Osteopathy), Dr Deborah Ben-Shah (Chiropractic) and Julie Day (Podiatry and Chiropody) are able to provide a wider range of treatments beyond the urgent / emergency care only restrictions that were in place.

During Lockdown Sue Turner offers motivational and clinical hypnotherapy sessions by Skype, What’s App or phone. This works very well and Sue has had some significant successes with this method, in terms of helping people quit smoking, prepare for interviews, overcoming insomnia and anxiety.

We are trying to balance the needs of our patients against the needs to be responsible and maintain the highest standard possible. Those practitioners that are working have carried out risk assessments and brought measures into place. Measures include increasing our cleaning / disinfection routines, limiting the number of people present in the clinic at any one time and staggering appointments so that people don’t cross paths whilst at the clinic. You will need to be triaged over the phone before you attend the clinic to confirm you aren’t, for instance, suffering any symptoms of a COVID 19 infection or an upper respiratory tract infection.

We will update this information as soon as anything changes, which it surely will in this very fluid time.

We are going to disable online bookings for now, so that we have full control over the booking schedule. If you’d like to find out if a particular practitioner is still taking appointments, please either call the clinic on 0207 352 3087, or contact the practitioner direct via the practitioner page.

In the meantime, all of us at Chelsea Natural Health wish you well.
