Your Nutritional Therapy Consultation
First, I’ll learn about your lifestyle, needs, and specific goals with my Nutritional Therapy Questionnaire. We will go through this in detail in your first consultation. During the initial consultation, I will also assess your health history, eating habits, food preferences and lifestyle. This will help me develop your nutritional plan. This includes:
- Include a tailor-made dietary, lifestyle and goal plan
- Offer meal and recipe ideas appropriate for your programme
- Suggest ideas for dietary support to help reach your goals

Consultations at The Chelsea Health Clinic Wednesdays and Saturdays 8 am to 2 pm. Other days/times may be available upon request.
