Jolita (Rasa) has had a longstanding interest in healthy nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. She has seen the positive benefits that good nutrition has brought to her and her family and friends, and is convinced of the power of good nutrition in promoting well-being and maintaining health.
As a nutritional therapist, Jolita works with clients in order to assess the causes and symptoms of their ill health and/or lack of well-being. A holistic approach is taken, so the initial consultation, which lasts 90 minutes, involves an in-depth assessment of current health issues, medical and family history, diet and lifestyle. Following the consultation, clients will be provided with a personalised diet and lifestyle plan, based on the findings, that seeks to address the root causes of the individual’s personal health issues. Recommendations may include advice on how to restore nutritional balance by avoiding certain toxins and allergens and addressing possible nutrient deficiencies through a combination of diet and the use of supplements and lifestyle advice.
Nutritional therapy is classed as an alternative, complementary medicine and is advised for people with chronic health conditions or for those who are looking to improve their general well-being and lifestyle. Jolita offers advice for a wide-range of health concerns including, but not limited to, weight loss, poor skin and hair health, low mood, lack of energy and vitality, low immune system, poor sleep, IBS and age-related issues.
Jolita offers a range of consultation options as follows:
