To make our new home out of some office space we re-wired, re-plumbed, divided rooms, made new rooms, laid new floors and completely re-decorated throughout. It was a long and hard process but from these photographs I think you can see we have, in our humble opinion, created a wonderful space. We are blessed with the addition of the fantastic art from The Kings Road Art Gallery the adorns our walls and makes it the place that it is.
Doing our bit …
In redeveloping and running the clinic we aimed and aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Every effort was made to use sustainable materials, such as the bamboo flooring and virtually all of the waste we created in the building process was recycled. We only use low-energy light bulbs and our electricity is 100% renewable, courtesy of Good Energy. We switch off everything bar our router and our answer phones at the end of each day, leaving nothing on standby. We recycle over 85% of our daily waste and endeavour to get this figure higher.
