Aromatherapy is the practice of using essential oils for psychological & physical well-being. The organic and natural essential oils are extracted from plants and trees.  They are highly effective medical remedies  and  have their own individual  healing properties.  Not only does the aroma of the essential oil stimulate the brain to trigger a reaction, but the natural constituents of the essential oil are drawn into the lungs and through the skin to the body’s muscles and organs to supply physical benefit.

An aromatherapy treatment, combined with massage, can provide pain relief; induce a state of deep relaxation; ease tired muscles and bring you renewed energy and vigour.  Massage is hugely beneficial to the body on a number of levels because it relaxes and revitalises a weary or ailing body through a reassuring and caring touch.  Many studies have proven that massage promotes state of mind and mood -altering serotonin and endorphins. Feelings of well-being also stimulate the immune system and help in strengthening our resistance to disease.
