Originally from Australia, Halina focused her energies into Natural Health after completing a comprehensive massage course in 1996 in London at the St John’s School of Massage. In 1998 she qualified in Reflexology, following the Bayle method, at the Central London School of Reflexology with Michael Keet. In 2005 she graduated as a Nutritional Therapist from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition – set up by Patrick Holford to address the lack of nutrition based learning not towing the government’s line – but based instead on current research. She is currently undergoing regulation by the Nutritional Therapy Council.
As a therapist, Halina aims to empower her clients to take responsibility for their own health – whether that be by making better choices about what to eat and drink; or dealing with pain like tension headaches through massage and other stress relieving treatments.
