Theta Healing is a powerful set of techniques that allows for immediate transformation at all levels of one’s being.  Most of your deep rooted beliefs and feelings are held in your subconscious mind out of your awareness; creating your reality every day.  Theta healing allows you to access the subconscious mind and change the beliefs that do not serve you, eliminating any blocks and hence co-creating the reality that you desire. It is done by the Theta healing practitioner being in the theta brain wave state which allows the practitioner to access the subconscious mind and change any limiting beliefs and feelings that are blocking you achieving what you want in your life.

Both practitioner and the client will be seated.  It is important that the client comes to the session fully hydrated. The session itself is all directed by the client.  The client chooses what they want to work on. No feelings or beliefs will be changed unless the client has verbally given their permission to do so. Client will be asked for their permission before a healing can be facilitated for each belief and feeling to change.  Free will of the client is respected above all.  Theta Healing sessions provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for your healing.
