Charisse Cooke, counsellor, has been studying and working in the field for over fifteen years. Her specialties of relationships, anxiety, depression and addiction have seen her set up three treatment centres and be a regular commentator in the media. Now focusing on her private practice and writing on the experiences she has had over the years, she offers an integrative and positive approach to individuals, couples and families.
Charisse is an Assiociate Member of the UK Association for Humanistic Psychology Practitioners (UKAHPP) and a member of the Federation of Drug and Alcohol Professionals (FDAP).
