Jenny teaches Baby Massage and Infant Massage. Baby Massage enhances baby-parent bonding through touch, relaxation and sensory stimulation through easy massage techniques. Baby learns to enjoy the comfort and security of loving and being loved and comforted.

Learn Reiki Healing   Sunday December 6^th 10:30am – 4pm, Fulham Rd, SW10

I will be holding a Reiki 1 training on Sunday 6th December, 10am to 4.30pm.

Reiki is an extremely gentle yet profound form of hands on healing which quite simply aims to induce deep calm and stillness throughout the body and mind thereby enabling the natural healing processes to work freely, without inhibition.

As a Reiki teacher I emphasise that it is not we, the Reiki practitioners, that are the healers, but the recipients themselves.

Reiki can be learnt by anyone and can be used on anyone, possibly even on any (living) thing. The key factor in using Reiki, whether on yourself or others, is your intention and your desire to facilitate change on whatever level.

Reiki is taught in three levels: Reiki 1 is a one day programme, Reiki   2, two days and the third or Master level is in two parts, divided over 6 months.

Reiki 1 is ideal for anyone wanting the ability to work primarily on themselves, but also their family and friends.

I have taught Reiki to therapists, osteopaths, mums and dads to be, sports people, those with chronic conditions, carers, nurses, and people who just wanted to have the ability to heal and help themselves.

The cost of Reiki 1 is £120 for the day. Places are limited so please reserve yours ASAP.

The Sentinel Programme is both a stress and self management programme designed to combat and prevent stress and its harmful consequences as well as providing an opportunity to clear obstacles in your life to enable you to reach your true potential.

The 8 week course will give you a thorough understanding of the physiological nature and effects of stress and how to deal with them physically, practically, psychologically and holistically. The typologies of stress will be identified and explored before the core of the programme begins of re-empowerment, re-resourcing and creating a long term sustainable process. The programme finishes with an opportunity to focus on and take first steps towards a life goal or challenge.

The Sentinel Programme is presented in a professional, educational, interactive, and creative way, designed to help you understand, assess and take action around those areas of your life that are causing you stress and you wish to change.

The course will begin early 2009 (dates to be confirmed).
